BioWare has confirmed that it will reveal the release date (and a roadmap) of Dragon Age: The Veilguard at some point in August. A likely option is Gamescom Opening Night Live, hosted by Geoff Keighley and due to go live on Tuesday, August 20 at 8 PM CET on all major streaming platforms, for an expected two-hour duration.
