Despite some of its features that could have made Battlefield 2042 the best entry in the series by DICE, as highlighted by Alessio in his early look at it, the game was released in a very bad state that required the developer to postpone the start of the game's first season to fix. Plenty of content has been released since as part of four seasons, so it will be interesting to see what the studio has in mind for the game's second year of content, especially if they are celebrating its beginning with the release of a new edition of the game.
Battlefield 2042 is now available on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One worldwide.
